A free community resource provided by CHS-affiliated hospitals, Healthy Woman is a comprehensive health education program designed to empower women with the knowledge and confidence they need to make informed healthcare and well-being decisions for themselves and their loved ones.

Geared toward women age 25-54, Healthy Woman is open to women — and men — of all ages; membership is free. Educational and fun monthly events cover a wide variety of issues to improve the emotional, physical and fiscal well-being of women and their families, and to build loyal connections to the hospital and its physicians. Through Healthy Woman, CHS-affiliated hospitals strengthen relationships with women — the healthcare decisionmakers — and community businesses and organizations that support the program.
