Jason K. Johnson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Jason Johnson was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective December 10, 2025. He had served as Interim Chief Financial Officer since October 1, 2025. In this role, he is responsible for the Company's overall financial function. Johnson joined Community Health Systems in 2012 as Vice President and Assistant Corporate Controller. He was promoted to Vice President and Corporate Controller in 2018 and to Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in December 2019. He will also continue serving as Chief Accounting Officer through December 31, 2025. Prior to joining CHS, Johnson held various positions in the assurance and advisory services practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He also previously served as controller of an alternative energy marketing and distribution company. He holds a master's degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a member of AICPA and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
