Jason K. Johnson, Senior Vice President, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer
Jason Johnson serves as Senior Vice President, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Community Health Systems. He was named Interim Chief Financial Officer effective October 1, 2025, while also continuing to serve as Chief Accounting Officer, a role he has held since December 2019. In these roles, he is responsible for the Company's overall financial function as well as overseeing Securities and Exchange Commission reporting matters and various other accounting and financial reporting matters including accounting policies and procedures, consolidations and accounting for acquisitions and divestitures. Johnson joined Community Health Systems in 2012 as Vice President and Assistant Corporate Controller and was promoted to Vice President and Corporate Controller in 2018. Prior to joining CHS, Johnson held various positions in the assurance and advisory services practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He also previously served as controller of an alternative energy marketing and distribution company. He holds a master's degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a member of AICPA and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
