Karisse Spray, Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Karisse Spray joined CHS in 2021 as Vice President, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs for the organization. Spray originally worked for Physician Practice Support, Inc. (PPSI) as the Director of HR before working as an HR Consultant for Automated Data Processing (ADP) and Assistant Vice President, Human Resources for the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority. In her various leadership roles, she has held responsibility for talent management, acquisition and development, compensation, consulting and benefits administration, workforce learning, development and succession planning strategy. Spray earned her MBA at Trevecca Nazarene University and bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University.
